Dr. Orji began her career in the United States, working as a Legal Research Associate at Prentice Hall, New Jersey, and later as a Legal Assistant in the Division of Program Analysis, Office of the Governor, State of New Jersey. She also served as a Decision Writer & Hearing Officer at the Department of Law & Public Safety.

Upon her return to Nigeria, Dr. Orji started private legal practice at the firm of Jessie Nwabueze & Co, specializing in corporate law and representing banks, commercial institutions, and government organizations. In 1984, she joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria as the pioneer head of the Legal division and later became the Head of Enforcement Unit.

Under her leadership, the Legal & Enforcement department transformed the Securities and Exchange Commission into a world-class knowledge-based regulatory agency. Currently, Dr. Orji is the Managing Consultant at the Law Firm of Arial Associates and the CEO and Co-founder of the Herbert Onye Orji Foundation (HOOF). She guides the organization toward a vision to educate, empower, and establish entrepreneurial opportunities for young adults and small business owners.

Dr. Orji is a member of several professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), National Association of Court Managers (NACM) USA, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), and the American Bar Association.

She served as Chairman of Gadol Finance Company limited and now a Director of Gadol Group as well as Chairman of One Trust Asset Management Company Ltd, a subsidiary of the Gadol Group of Companies. Dr Orji is a philanthropist with several decades of experience. over a decade of experience spanning technology, digital transformation, innovation policy, venture building, and financial inclusion, Daniel has a proven track record of designing and executing transformative programs. His expertise extends to 4IR, digital skills, curriculum development, productivity systems, and youth entrepreneurship, where he has spent the last 10 years mentoring and training emerging leaders.

As a digital strategist, he has helped over 30+ Ghana Club 100 brands establish a strong digital presence and managed 32 tech innovation hubs across Ghana’s 16 regions. He spearheaded Ghana’s first comprehensive startup and ESOs ecosystem mapping and served as a consultant for the review of the country’s Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy.

Daniel has provided strategic leadership for multi-million-dollar projects, digitally training over 10,000 youth, supporting 200 startups, and facilitating 528 internship placements. Recognized globally, he was a top 6 finalist at the WISE Social Innovators competition and 1st Runner-Up at WISE 2019 in Qatar.

Passionate about education’s transformative power, he has impacted over 200,000 youth across Africa and Europe. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Misfits Consulting and was the National Innovation Consultant for the $28.5M UNDP-Mastercard Foundation Young Africa Innovates Program.

Stanley has a doctorate degree in Data & Information specializing in Science, Technology and Innovation Studies from the Department of Data & Information Science, University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he obtained a Master of Information Science Degree.

Originally trained as an engineer, Stanley has been actively involved in research and consultancy including multi-country assignments for The British Council, Mastercard Foundation, Oxfam Novib, AFFORD-UK, Development Bank of Nigeria, etc.

Dr. Ibeku served as National Consultant on the evaluation of Participating Financial Institutions and MSMEs for the Development Bank of Nigeria and for Impact Credit Guarantee Ltd. His research focuses on innovation management, data management, entrepreneurship, strategy, sustainable development and circular economy.
Stanley has published scholarly publications and presentations in both local and international conferences

Dr. Onuoha lectured in Urban and Regional planning department of Abia State University. He worked in Douala Cameroun as a secondment and youth trainer in World Mission Agency. He is a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Town Planners and a consultant to government of many nations on Youth matters.

He is the rector of school of financial Empowerment with headquarters in Umuahia Abia State through which he has raised many young entrepreneurs and financially independent youths not only in Nigeria but in other nations in Africa.
